Default Litespeed -> Apache Migration Issues
We will be posting any common fixes to our Litespeed to Apache Migration here in this forum!
We do not expect any issues as mentioned in our email to each customer as we have already converted closed to 5,000 accounts. We occasionally have a permission issue, which once the migration is completed on each server, we can tell and fix very quickly as we extensively monitor the logs. So going forward on any new migration till we have our whole 'fleet' of servers done, we will be posting any common fixes below.

We just started the upgrades on both W1 and Alpha as previously announced in our e-mail notifications.

I will update you when this is completed.

W9 has been completed.

W11 is still processing right now and this will complete our migration.

Default WWW Error
An error we have never received before... when a user visits http://www.website.com instead of just http://website.com, he receives this message:

So, obviously Apache is working, but this www error is new. What do I need to do to forward all www.website.com requests to http://website.com?
